May 12, 2003 Was a fun day, and beautiful out there too! Azasha, Monique, and Erin were along as well as Jim, Trevor, John and Kit
Kit guides us in to anchor at Scorpion Harbor at Santa Cruz Island
This is the lookout hut for the Scorpion Ranch, a working Cattle Ranch on the Island
We set up a little Lunch while relaxed at anchor
Monique and Trevor have a chat
Erin decides we need some entertainment
Azasha offered sharing her binoculars with Erin
A demonstration of proper use ensued
Erin gives them a try
Meanwhile, John does "important" stuff, like fish!
An interesting Blowhole and tidal reef along to the West from Scorpion
All too soon, we leave Anacapa in the wake as we head back home
